| Okay so I tried to log on this morning and my Client wouldn't log me in. Tried to click the "Go Online" button and it wouldn't connect me. Tried to log into D3 manually and it wouldn't connect me to the server. After 30 minuets of trying to log in I finally get in only to find out I can't join or create a game. It will let me get to the loading screen when I try but after a few seconds it tells me "The game connection has been lost: your client has been disconnected from the server." So just to give out some other information. I play D3 with my cousin mostly and we live in the same house. Use the same network. We have played for years like this so I know for a fact it isn't my network that is bugging out. There should be more information on this as I am not ever getting an error number. It isn't even logging me out of anything. It just brings me back to my character. | ||

| Inferno, I'll try to assist with this while Omrakos is out of the office. 1. As a test, have you tried logging into your account from your cousin's computer and have your cousin log in to his account from your computer? 2. Does this only happen if both of you are logged in around the same time? If so, what happens if you try to play alone? 3. Anything else happening on the network, like downloading torrent files? 4. Are either of you using a wireless connection? | Inferno, If you are willing to try, I would temporarily remove Norton to see if anything changes. Norton has been known to interfere with games before, and I wouldn't be surprised if that is the case here. If you want to go ahead and try that, I recommend that you use the Norton Removal Tool to ensure that Norton is removed properly. Here's the link where the Norton Removal Tool can be downloaded. When you click on the link scroll down to Step 2, click on the orange download button and save the download to the desktop.
