| After playing ptr for a bit i went to switch back to live and the bnet launcher is telling me i need to update diablo 3. when i press update it gives me the error "We're having a problem transferring data. Please check your internet connection just in case and try again." I have uninstalled the ptr and un/reinstalled the launcher and it is still giving me this problem. | ||

| EleventHour, Thanks for replying. Our developers are requesting anyone with this issue provide them with a set of log files. These files can be obtained through the use a utility they've created called LogGoblin.
