Stop giving blizz your feedback...for real guys(1)Category: GeneralJune-26-2014 4:08 AM PDT (8 years ago) Go to Blizzard forum post
Nothing and I mean NOTHING constructive I've seen in these forums from you guys even remotely came close to what the devs added/changed in 2.1 (go check the ptr forum if you don't believe me),

I honestly have not been so let down by how little they actually take into account some of the wonderful feedback from some of the people around here. I've seen people do incredible math and theory crafting on this game and it gets ignored completely from the devs.

Prior to yesterday i felt bad for the devs because of how this fanbase treated them and whined and cried and moaned and wanted everything given to them and how elitist n condescending they have been. But this has just become a huge slap in the face to the fans. There was a massive thread on wizard class set firebird which needed changing. ALL those comments n feedback and what did blizz do? Changed the number on the set bonus and then increased casting costs of a bunch of skills. This post isn't about wizards or any class individually but just proving the point that they simply don't care.

This is a sad day. Some of you guys have given amazing feedback and I commend you but you are simply not valued in this community. Your time n effort for this game means jack to them. All they care is if you paid for the latest expansion n that's it.

Blizzard, where did you go as a company?! One of my favorite gaming companies has all but tarnished their name forever. This legit makes me sad because I remember a time where we as fans were valued for the feedback/criticism we gave and the time/effort/money we shelled out to turn you into such a great company. And it's all just about been lost.

This is the first iteration of the PTR. That absolutely means there's plenty of room for things to change, be tweaked, get added, or be removed. What precisely the details of those changes will be is largely affected by your feedback, and it runs entirely counterproductive to the purpose of the PTR to be encouraging folks to not provide feedback.

You are, of course, welcome to express your concerns in a constructive manner, as well as in the appropriate forum. However, this thread is certainly not the way to do it.
