| For several months my authenticator requests have come during actual gameplay not when first logging into the game. 1st gameplay stops and I am disconnected from the game. 2nd the authenticator screen comes up. 3rd when I put in my Authenticator code I can log back in fine. I have a PC running Windows 7. It may not be connected, but I also have to log in twice when I first log in with a new character or have not played for awhile. The sequence is 1st it takes an extrodinarily long time to logon. 2nd I am immediately given the Network Disconnect small screen. 3rd I logon again and I join the game normally. | ||

| Gor, Let's try deleting the Battle.net Cache file to see if that helps.
