| Hi :-) I Can't log in to the game. After I enter my password on the first log-in screen I get the Authenticator number entry dialogue. After I enter the number and click-on Log-In nothing happens. The click-on is totally non responsive. I have to use the close -window click on from my task bar Battlenet Icon to close both the Authenticator Window. Nothing on it is responsive. I have tried this several times with 2 different mice and get the same non-responsiveness. I have not yet tried to log-in to my account to submit a support ticket but I fear I won't be able to for the same reason. | ||

| hawkeye, Let's try deleting the Battle.net tools folder and the Battle.net Cache folder to see if that helps.
