| So, I Tried To Get A Refund For Diablo 3(1) | Category: GeneralJune-23-2014 11:53 AM PDT (8 years ago) ![]() | |
| I submitted a ticket with the refund option for the game. I purchased D3 + RoS in a bundle package approximately two weeks ago on the 9th. To be honest.. I hesitated on buying it, asked the forum for their opinion and most of them told me not to do it. It's not the worst game ever and there's definitely a lot of improvements since the original D3 was released that I'm aware of, but this game just isn't for me. I tried it out for a while and while I immensely enjoyed leveling the Crusader to 70.. it started to get stale for me after that. All but two of my characters have 1-2 hours of played time. My Crusader has 28 hours and my Monk has 13 hours. I've only collected 2k blood shards and done 39 rifts (most of those were Rift it Forward for leveling). It's just stale for me. I never see upgrades, Kadalla has some of the worst luck I've ever seen (coming from a gambler) and I don't think I can stomach to do another bounty/rift run. I don't know what it is, but I could stand to do hundreds of Baal runs and gold farming runs on end without getting bored in D2. What I was told when I tried to get a refund was: "We typically only refund games within a couple of days." "Also, you're over the played time." I'm glad to see improvements are being made to this game but I just can't help but feel that this purchase wasn't worth the $60. Since I payed through PayPal, I guess this is just a $60 lesson learned for me. | ||

| Hi all, as MissCheetah previously stated - that linked post was 2012 and our policies have been updated since. If we receive the request for a refund, but see that a significant amount of the game content has been experienced (as with the case where an account has several max level characters) - we will likely not offer the refund. As ever, if anyone wants to contact our support with such a request you can do so through the above link. I hope that sums it up pretty well - I'll be locking the thread in the meantime. OP, if you do have any further questions or concerns for our support team, please either respond to your last ticket or open a live chat with us through the support site. | ||
