| SO I have been a avid Diablo gamer since the original game came out many years ago. I hold it as one of the best games of all time. HOWEVER I recently got hacked(i played last week around sunday the 15th and everything was fine) and now after playing constantly over many many years and having an authenticator linked to my account, changing passwords once a month, it is still not good enough apparently for someone to remove all my hard work and to remove a little bit of enjoyment from my life. So I figured Blizzard will help me with this; I tried 2 times yesterday to do a rollback to around the June 13th mark for the checkpoint in their memory banks. It's been about 20 hours and still nothing. I followed all the security checks, followed the prompts from on-screen and still nothing. I cannot seem to contact blizzard, I cannot seem to create a online ticket for someone to talk to me...so let's see how fast someone will respond to this to help me. Blizzard don't fail me now. | ||

| Marusk, I'm not really sure what you're referring to. According to account records, there are no signs of an account compromise. The last time the game was accessed was 6/13/2014, prior to that it was accessed 5/27/2014 and then fairly often going back from that date, all from the IP address you're posting from now.
