| Game constantly freezing (2-3 times in hour) on loading screens, either when first joining a game, going through a waypoint, or a town portal. I still hear game sound and can move around / hear my character using skills, can still type in chat and send messages...but screen entirely froze. Only fix is to alt+f4 d3 and restart. Only happens with this game. | ||

You can find this information in the Direct X Diagnostic Tool: Click on Start Click on Run Type in: dxdiag (In Vista, type dxdiag in the search field) Hit Enter or OK Click on the Save All Information button at the bottom, and create a dxdiag text file, and copy and paste it ALL here. Could you also post your D3Prefs.txt file? | Murder, We haven't been able to reproduce this in-house unfortunately. As you seem to be able to get it to happen fairly often, it would help for you to be able to try a few things and see if it has any effect. To start, could I get you to revert to an older Nvidia video driver? http://www.nvidia.com/download/driverResults.aspx/73218/en-us When installing them, use the Custom and Clean Install options, installing just the graphic drivers and none of the optional components.
