| Esspay, Looks like possibly outdated video drivers. Or maybe an overheated video card or one not meeting the game requirements. I can't tell much really from just the screenshot. Can you post some information about your computer? You can find this information in the Direct X Diagnostic Tool: Click on Start Click on Run Type in: dxdiag (In Vista, type dxdiag in the search field) Hit Enter or OK Click on the Save All Information button at the bottom, and create a dxdiag text file, and copy and paste it ALL here. _________________________________________________________ I'm available in the forums Tuesday - Friday, 11 am - 8 pm Pacific Time Saturday 10 am - 7 pm Pacific Time Feedback? - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Omrakos | ||

| Esspay, Could you start by installing the latest video drivers AMD has for your card and OS? They may be the same as you already have, but they could also be newer based on the dates I see. http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop/legacy?product=legacy2&os=Windows%20Vista%20-%2032 _________________________________________________________ I'm available in the forums Tuesday - Friday, 11 am - 8 pm Pacific Time Saturday 10 am - 7 pm Pacific Time Feedback? - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Omrakos | ||

| Esspay, Then we'd need to check for overheating next. Download and run HWMonitor from: http://www.cpuid.com/downloads/hwmonitor/1.24-setup.exe Now start the game and let it run several minutes. Then exit or alt-tab out and see what the highest temperature is that was reached for both the cpu and gpu. Just post the numbers you see for the temps on the utility's screen, no need to cut and paste the whole report. _________________________________________________________ I'm available in the forums Tuesday - Friday, 11 am - 8 pm Pacific Time Saturday 10 am - 7 pm Pacific Time Feedback? - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Omrakos | ||

| Esspay, It appears to me that your cpu is running too hot. Have you had the cpu heatsink/fan assembly off for any reason recently? _________________________________________________________ I'm available in the forums Tuesday - Friday, 11 am - 8 pm Pacific Time Saturday 10 am - 7 pm Pacific Time Feedback? - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Omrakos | ||

| Esspay, Checking around, it looks like your cpu shouldn't be getting much hotter than the very low 60s. Since it's hitting 84C, that could easily explain the problem you're having. You might power down the system, open the case, and check to see if the fan on the cpu cooler is able to turn freely and that you can't move the heatsink at all when applying very slight pressure as if you were trying to twist it. It should be very firmly seated on top of the cpu with no wiggle room. A lot of dust would be a bad sign too, indicating a good cleaning is in order.
