| My game wont open, it is in full screen mode and my computer tries to switch to it, goes through the usually stuff trying to bring it up but then blacks out and drops back to the desktop. The game is running because I can hear the sound of the menu screen, I am just unable to pull the screen up and see anything? Any idea what the issue could be? I have closed any programs that may have been "over riding" the game. | ||

| Marlox, Can you post some information about your computer? You can find this information in the Direct X Diagnostic Tool: Click on Start Click on Run Type in: dxdiag (In Vista, type dxdiag in the search field) Hit Enter or OK Click on the Save All Information button at the bottom, and create a dxdiag text file, and copy and paste it ALL here. Could you also post your D3Prefs.txt file?
