| Wilson, Try deleting the D3Prefs.txt located in your Documents\Diablo III folder. Once that is done, launch the game again. If the issue persists, please post your DXDIAG file so we can get more information about your computer. Here's a support article that will show you how to get the DXDIAG: Obtaining System Files Once you have the DXDIAG file, open it and copy/paste the entire file into your next reply. ______________________________________________________ I'm available Sunday through Thursday from 11AM to 8PM Pacific Time Support Contact Information Got some feedback? | ||

Let's change that to "high performance" to see if that helps any. | Try editing your D3Prefs.txt file and making sure vertical sync is enabled. This line must be present: Vsync "1" _________________________________________________________ I'm available in the forums Tuesday - Friday, 11 am - 8 pm Pacific Time Saturday 10 am - 7 pm Pacific Time Feedback? - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Omrakos | ||

| NetorTarg, Could you try setting the game to run in windowed mode next? You'll need to edit the D3Prefs.txt file again. This line must be present. DisplayModeWindowMode "1" If that still doesn't work, Can you post some information about your computer? You can find this information in the Direct X Diagnostic Tool: Click on Start Click on Run Type in: dxdiag (In Vista, type dxdiag in the search field) Hit Enter or OK Click on the Save All Information button at the bottom, and create a dxdiag text file, and copy and paste it ALL here. Could you also post your D3Prefs.txt file? It's located in the My Documents\Diablo III folder. _________________________________________________________ I'm available in the forums Tuesday - Friday, 11 am - 8 pm Pacific Time Saturday 10 am - 7 pm Pacific Time Feedback? - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Omrakos | ||
