| So, i bought diablo 3 at future shop recently but only just recently redeemed the code for it. I beat the skeleton king, and thought i'd be able to go further, but then it told me i'd need to upgrade to retail release to play further. I've checked to see if i redeemed it to a different account, and i know that isn't the case. I'd really like to be able to play the game i bought, so any help would be appreciated. | ||

| As far as I can tell, the account did upgrade successfully TheDoctor but it may take up to 72 hours to fully process. As Shammoz says above, resetting your Battle.net account password can speed this process up sometimes by forcing a status refresh on your account. If all else fails and your game has not correctly upgraded after the 72 hour period, please contact our Account Support team directly for further assistance.
