| Hello everybody. I purchased Diablo 3 about 1 year and a half ago, but I couldn't play it much due to my, back then, laptop. However, now I got a PC and I'm ready to rock Diablo 3. My problem is: I purchased the game online, from www.oneplay.com. I used the key, back then it was ok, but now, I can't seem to have the game anymore. I have the CD key, the receipt how I bought the game; can something be done about it? PS: I'm writing this from my 2nd account that I registered as, at the moment, can't login my primary account (silviu_scr@yahoo.com) due to an authenticator that I no longer have. Thank you. | ||

| Xilviu, I'm afraid you're going to have to use your original Battle.net account as that's what was used to register the game. If you need help in removing the Mobile Authenticator on that account, submit a support ticket to get assistance from a Billing representative.
