| Well I just bought Diablo III today from Gamestop, and whenever I try to redeem my key, it says "An error has occurred. The code you entered cannot be claimed. Please check the code and try again. If you see this error again, please try again later, as the game or website may be undergoing maintenance." Does anyone know how to fix this? | ||

| Hi Asclepius! Thanks for contacting us. Is your code for Diablo III or its expansion: Diablo III: Reaper of Souls? If it is the latter, then it requires full version of Diablo III prior to activation on Battle.net. Should your code belong to basic Diablo III, then please contact Customer Support to have it verified and hopefully activated. Best regards! | ||
