| hello there i had bought " diablo 3 reaper of souls " dvd and i follow the steps in the manual i start setup the game from the dvd and it start to download about 8 giga data but here when i want to enter the game key from the dvd's box it give me message " Your Battle.net account does not have any games that can be upgraded with this game key. " what i can do ? | ||

| Hey there NightStorM. According to my records, this account doesn't have a Diablo III account on it (just a Starter Edition) which is required if you want to activate the Reaper of Souls expansion. You will need to purchase Diablo III before you can activate the expansion. Also, for future reference, it may be easier to simply download the game from the Battle.net Desktop App. It will probably take around the same amount of time with all the necessary update downloads and it prevents potential installation/patching issues.
