| I was playing Diablo 3 for hours, days, months I love this game, I got it pro-ordered and stuff. Then I thought it would be good moment to clear my PC, so I did it and first thing I did was installing Diablo 3. Well here is the problem. Until reset my diablo 3 launched in full graphics, sound etc. Now I can't even install it, becouse my computers turns off and starts everything over, and over, and over again. I hope someone will help me or something will change so I can get back to the Sanctuary and slay some Demons. Skrafin | ||

| Skrafin, This sounds like something inside the PC is overheating. Let's start by seeing what hardware you have. You can find this information in the Direct X Diagnostic Tool: Click on Start Click on Run Type in: dxdiag (In Vista, type dxdiag in the search field) Hit Enter or OK Click on the Save All Information button at the bottom, and create a dxdiag text file, and copy and paste it ALL here. _________________________________________________________ I'm available in the forums Tuesday - Thursday 7 am - 4 pm Pacific Time, Friday 11 am - 8 pm Pacific Time ,Saturday 10 am - 7 pm Pacific Time Feedback? - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Omrakos | ||

| Skrafin, Ok, it's a laptop and laptops are well known for getting hot when playing games, so... Let's check a couple of temps. If you would, please download RealTemp from one of the mirror sites here. Extract the .zip file you get into a folder and then run RealTemp.exe. Make a note of the temp your cores are reaching while the computer is idle (not playing). For the GPU (video device), let's try GPU Shark from http://www.geeks3d.com/20141110/gpu-shark-0-9-2-videocard-monitoring-utility-geforce-radeon/ Start up the utility and again, without playing, see how hot the video device is getting when idle. It will be shown as "GPU temp" I want to see how hot things are when idle before you start playing first. _________________________________________________________ I'm available in the forums Tuesday - Thursday 7 am - 4 pm Pacific Time, Friday 11 am - 8 pm Pacific Time ,Saturday 10 am - 7 pm Pacific Time Feedback? - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Omrakos | ||

| Skrafin, For idling, your cpu looks like it's a bit too hot. I'd suggest cleaning out the laptop if you're able to. Unplug it from the AC adapter, remove the battery (if installed), and open all the compartment doors you can to expose as much of the inside as you can. Then using a can of compressed air, carefully try to get all the accumulated dust out of it. Blow into the exhaust and intake vents as well. Run the temp test again as you did above afterwards, still letting the PC idle, and see if the temp has lowered any from the 60C-69C you reported. _________________________________________________________ I'm available in the forums Tuesday - Thursday 7 am - 4 pm Pacific Time, Friday 11 am - 8 pm Pacific Time ,Saturday 10 am - 7 pm Pacific Time Feedback? - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Omrakos | ||
