| The game connection has been lost:your client has been disconnected from the server. This has now happened 6 rifts in a row. I have been experiencing a difficulty in loading for a while now, but it was still playable. Today it finally happened and I can no longer join a rift at all. At the start of every gaming session I would disconnect the first time I tried to start or join a game during the loading screen. I would also disconnect the first time trying to enter a rift at the start of every session. And yes you read that right, that was after already disconnecting once while trying to join a game. 1. Join/create 1st game - get disconnected during loading screen 2. join/create 2nd game - it loads!!!, open rift and enter it- get disconnected. 3. join/create 3rd game - it loads, enter rift- no disconnect! 4. every game after that would work and every rift would work until i would take a break. Now i disconnect trying to enter any rift. | ||

| toot, 1. Let's try power cycling the connection. Here's a support article with steps on how to do that: Resetting Network Devices If that doesn't work try flushing the DNS. 2. If the issue persists, let's try running a pathping of your connection to see what that shows us. For the most accurate results, try running the pathping when the connection issue that you are experiencing is at its worst. Here's a support article that will help with that: Running A Pathping Test Once you have the pathping, go ahead and post it into your next reply. ***The pathping report is two parts.
