| NOTE: I used the "search" button and Google, did not find answer Hi tech support forum, I have a lot of downtime at work and would like to play Diablo 3. I'm connected to my workplace's WiFi. The Battle.net interface launches without any problem. After I click the "PLAY" button, the mini-window "Diablo III Reaper of Souls" will show up, then it is stuck. I waited 10 minutes and nothing happens. Then, I turned my smartphone into a router and used Verizon's 4G LTE network, everything works fine. I'm able to play. I really want to play via my workplace's WiFi because it is faster and will save me some cellphone data usage. I'm wondering if there is anything I can do. Please help. Many thanks in advance. | ||

| Sedna, Myu is probably correct in that you're up against your company's security policies. I'm afraid we can't offer any help in circumventing them. You'd need to talk to your system administrators to see if arrangements can be made to allow you access to the ports our games use. _________________________________________________________ I'm available in the forums Tuesday - Friday, 11 am - 8 pm Pacific Time Saturday 10 am - 7 pm Pacific Time Feedback? - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Omrakos | ||
