| Yesterday and still today when I teleport out of an area my computer screen freezes. I've already lost one character due to this. I can still hear my abilities working but the screen is locked. I'm hoping there is some fix for this, I've been reading that many different players are having problems lately. Please help | ||

| Gymnasty, The video driver that you are currently running is from 2012. Let's try a newer video driver to see if that helps. Uninstall the current driver by using a program called Driver Fusion. This program will ensure that all previous driver files are completely removed. Here's a link to the Driver Fusion download. Once there, click on the "Download From Treexy" button to download the free trial. ***Don't download the Premium version.*** 1. Run Driver Fusion. 2. Click on "Display" and select "Nvidia". 3. Click on "Delete". 4. You will be asked if you are sure if you want to delete the entries, click on "Yes". 5. Driver Fusion will do its job, but you may see a message saying that some entries could not be deleted, and it will then ask if you would like to take a look at premium benefits, click on "No". 6. Restart when asked do so. 7. Repeat the same steps for "PhysX" instead of "Display". Once those two are completely removed, go ahead and install the suggested driver. | Gymnasty, Let's check if the CPU or Graphics card are getting too hot. Here's how to do that: 1. Download and install the Speccy system monitoring tool. *** I provided the direct download link, but if you would like more information about the tool itself, please feel free to check out Piriform's website.*** 2. Run Speccy before launching the game. Check the current temperatures for the CPU and the Graphics card, and write the temperatures down. 3. Leave Speccy running , start the game and play for about 15 minutes. Go back and check the temperatures again.
