| The game keeps on crashing after 10 minutes or so. I can't seem to find what the problem is. I tried running diablo 3 only and it still crashes. And the first time I tried to run the game it was all black. I looked around the forums and found a solution. Play the game on window mode, is there another way to fix this? I mean to play the game in fullscreen. My laptop specifications OS: Windows 8.1 64-bit Brand: Acer Processor: Intel Core i3-4000M CPU 2.4Ghz(4 CPUs) RAM: 8192MB Display: Intel HD Graphics 4600 Render: NVIDIA GeForce 820M 4GB Screen Size: 1600x900 Thanks | ||

| JanSze, Can you post some information about your computer? You can find this information in the Direct X Diagnostic Tool: Click on Start Click on Run Type in: dxdiag (In Vista, type dxdiag in the search field) Hit Enter or OK Click on the Save All Information button at the bottom, and create a dxdiag text file, and copy and paste it ALL here. Can you also post your D3Debug.txt file? It's located in the main Diablo III game folder.
