| So after playing most of today, both my wife and I have come to conclusion that we hit random lag spikes... After running multiple checks on our network/PC's (I do IT at the highest tier for a living)...I find nothing. I've ran multiple speedtests from multiple sources (router, modem and even node) we have no loss nor degradation. There is minimal attenuation or "noise". I can play WoW and other games including XboxLive with NO issues. After talking and playing with multiple friends around the US and reading the forums it seems this is a widely seen issue. Can we get a possible "Hey we know and are looking into it." or "We acknowledge that you are having this issue."? These spikes are random, not over wireless (for me anyway) and have no constant variable to troubleshoot for myself or my ISP. Would really appreciate an answer... | ||

| Khaosbound, Let's try running a pathping of your connection to see what that shows us. For the most accurate results, try running the pathping when the connection issue that you are experiencing is at its worst. Here's a support article that will help with that: Running A Pathping Test Once you have the pathping, go ahead and post it into your next reply. ***The pathping report is two parts. Once you get to where it says, "Computing statistics for X amount of seconds, you will want to wait about 10 minutes before the second part of the report is complete.*** ______________________________________________________ I'm available Sunday through Thursday from 11AM to 8PM Pacific Time Support Contact Information Got some feedback? | ||

| Khaosbound, The tracert looks fine. The pathping is not finishing, but that is most likely done on purpose by your ISP. Let's download WinMTR. This tool will run a different style of pathping which will hopefully give us a little bit more information about what might be going on with the connection. 1. Download WinMTR 2. Unzip the WinMTR.zip file to the Desktop. 3. Open the WinMTR folder and select the 32 or 64 bit version. Choose whichever one corresponds to your version of Windows. 4. Run the WinMTR.exe 5. Type the IP address you want to trace in the "Host" field. If you are not sure what IP address to use, be sure to check out our "Running A Pathping Test" support article, which mentions all of our IPs used for troubleshooting purposes. 6. Click on "Start" and then launch the game. Click on "Stop" when the connection issues start up. 7. Click on "Copy text to clipboard" and paste the results into your next forum reply. ______________________________________________________ I'm available Sunday through Thursday from 11AM to 8PM Pacific Time Support Contact Information Got some feedback? | ||
