Can we please get an explanation on this issue? Couldn't finish 6 rifts today because of this annoying as !@#$ issue. I just now disconnected back to back which is why I'm now complaining on the forums. THIS IS THE ONLY GAME THAT DOES THIS. Thank god for the double rift keys since I'm just basically throwing them away. What is the deal with this? I know its a known issue but what is being done about it?

1. Go into your Diablo 3 "Options" menu > select "Sound" from the left side of the screen > what do you have selected for "Sound channels" and "Speaker setup"?

2. Please post your DXDIAG file so we can get more information about your computer.

Obtaining System Files

Once you have the DXDIAG file, open it and copy/paste the entire file into your next reply.

3. Let's try running a pathping of your connection to see what that shows us. For the most accurate results, try running the pathping when the connection issue that you are experiencing is at its worst.

Once you have the pathping, go ahead and post it into your next reply.

***The pathping report is two parts. Once you get to where it says, "Computing statistics for X amount of seconds, you will want to wait about 10 minutes before the second part of the report is complete.***
