| Last weekend i bought a copy of D3 from the store but the game key apparently is already used(stolen by employee i assume). I submitted a ticket and did everything blizzard employees asked (give pictures of box, receipt, cd key, etc.) and now they tell me they can't do anything for me. I read in other forum posts that other users with similar problems got new cd keys sent to them and the thieves/shoplifters were even banned. I feel they are giving me the runaround while they have possibilities to help me. The store i bought it from doesn't want to accept the game back, because the key is already used, so Blizzard is my only option. The first two employees that reacted to my tickets asked me for the extra pictures and I supplied all of these to them, giving me the idea that they would solve my problem. And after all my troubles I get a reaction that tells me to return it to the retailer (not an option). I would like to know why customer service at Blizzard is so bad at the moment. From the experiences I read of other members it wasn't always like this. Why make me supply you of pictures of all the evidence you want and then don't offer me a solution? | ||

| navishXO, I'm afraid we can't assist with this sort of thing here in the forums. I suggest reopening the ticket or submitting a new one and request it be escalated.
