| fttk2006, 1. Why are you making the changes through the D3prefs file? 2. Please post your DXDIAG file so we can get more information about your computer. Here's a support article that will show you how to get the DXDIAG: Obtaining System Files Once you have the DXDIAG file, open it and copy/paste the entire file into your next reply. ______________________________________________________ I'm available Sunday through Thursday from 11AM to 8PM Pacific Time Support Contact Information Got some feedback? | ||

| fttk2006, It looks like you are currently using dual monitors. What happens if you only plug into the Nvidia card? ______________________________________________________ I'm available Sunday through Thursday from 11AM to 8PM Pacific Time Support Contact Information Got some feedback? | ||

| fttk2006, BTW, it looks like this black issue might be a known issue with systems using the Nvidia 860m. So far running in windowed mode seems to be the only workaround. I'll do some digging around and see what I can come up with. ______________________________________________________ I'm available Sunday through Thursday from 11AM to 8PM Pacific Time Support Contact Information Got some feedback? | ||

| luckY, No, this is actually due to a known issue between Microsoft and Nvidia. They are currently working on a fix, but no ETA has been provided as to when that will be available. Here's a link to the last update to the sticky thread covering this issue: Stuck using integrated graphics. >< ______________________________________________________ I'm available Sunday through Thursday from 11AM to 8PM Pacific Time Support Contact Information Got some feedback? | ||

| Murkiness, lucky, the new drivers 337.50 fixed the problem. But now i cant play, cause i got +-20fps -.-' insted of 100fps that i used to have It sounds like you are most likely still using the Intel chipset instead of the Nvidia. Can you try switching to the Nvidia to see if it works or if you still get the black screens? ______________________________________________________ I'm available Sunday through Thursday from 11AM to 8PM Pacific Time Support Contact Information Got some feedback? | ||
