| Blood, Never did this before got new video card What did you have before and what do you have now? Can you post some information about your computer? You can find this information in the Direct X Diagnostic Tool: Click on Start Click on Run Type in: dxdiag (In Vista, type dxdiag in the search field) Hit Enter or OK Click on the Save All Information button at the bottom, and create a dxdiag text file, and copy and paste it ALL here. Could you also post your D3Prefs.txt file? It's located in the My Documents\Diablo III folder. _________________________________________________________ I'm available in the forums Monday - Friday, 11 am - 8 pm Pacific Time Please provide feedback! - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Omrakos | ||

| Blood, how do i put documents into the forum? Since they're just text files, cut and paste the contents into a reply,. If they're too long for a single post, you can split them up into more than one. _________________________________________________________ I'm available in the forums Monday - Friday, 11 am - 8 pm Pacific Time Please provide feedback! - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Omrakos | ||

| Blood, Current Mode: 1824 x 1026 (32 bit) (60Hz) Monitor Name: Generic PnP Monitor Monitor Model: TTE HDTV Monitor Id: TTE1206 Native Mode: 1280 x 720(p) (60.000Hz) Can you set the game to use your TV's native resolution and see if it helps? _________________________________________________________ I'm available in the forums Monday - Friday, 11 am - 8 pm Pacific Time Please provide feedback! - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Omrakos | ||

| Blood, Using a resolution that much different from what the native mode is can have unpredictable results, which is why I'm suggesting leaving it at the default value, at least for now. Set the game to use full screen mode. Remove the fps limiting you have enabled for the background for now too please. LimitBackgroundFPS "1" MaxBackgroundFPS "1" _________________________________________________________ I'm available in the forums Monday - Friday, 11 am - 8 pm Pacific Time Please provide feedback! - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Omrakos | ||

| Blood, Diablo III only runs in DirectX 9, there is no support for DX11. Try booting in selective startup once and playing like that for a little while and see if it's still choppy. _________________________________________________________ I'm available in the forums Monday - Friday, 11 am - 8 pm Pacific Time Please provide feedback! - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Omrakos | ||

| Blood, If selective startup helped, there has to be another program that's normally running that isn't now that's interfering in some way. Had you installed any apps that came with the new video card? Overlays such as EVGA's Precision or MSI's Afterburner can sometimes affect performance if they're not the most recent versions. _________________________________________________________ I'm available in the forums Monday - Friday, 11 am - 8 pm Pacific Time Please provide feedback! - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Omrakos | ||
