| So, the very day RoS was going to come out, I bought two standard copies through Amazon, one for my cousin, one for me. My cousin has the Wings (because he "pre-ordered the game") and I don't. Which makes no sense, I payed for his game. We both registered our game keys well after the allowed period, as we live outside the U.S. and the games took about three weeks to arrive. There's no reason why he should have the wings and I don't. DISCLAIMER: I'm not begging to have them. I just want an explanation. | ||

| WhiteZombie, The Wings of Valor were part of a promotion in which you needed to register your Reaper of Souls game by March 31, 2014. | I'm not going to take anything away, I just wanted to see his account info to determine why there would be a difference in what he got and you didn't. You don't have to post it here if you'd rather not, I was just seeing what I could find out for you. It's also not really a Technical Support issue. You might submit a support ticket or request a callback, or get into a live web chat with a Billing agent to get more info.
