| Rain, Do you know if the game you were last in was one where people would keep joining to do rifts over and over? | Rain , I know, the rep just came over and we had a chat about it :) I've asked the software engineers and while they're looking into the cause, they did say, as I just relayed, that when the game a user was in when this started closes, it should allow the user access again. The game I'm referring to for you would be the one you were in before you went to the lobby perhaps. | Rain, It's not anything I'm able to help with unfortunately. As I mentioned before, our software engineers are looking into why it happens. They said you should be able to get back in as soon as the game you were in at the time is closed. Failing that, I'm afraid you'll likely need to wait until the servers are restarted again and that's probably not going to be until next week's maintenance.
