| Alright so I have returned to D3 today, just bought Reapers. I beat the game several times when it first came out, but coming back now I dont remember much so I decided to remove all my old characters and start over with the new class. I make the character, gets loading screen and I am immediately outside of Tristrim. Where is the cinematic? where is the Class intro cinematic, I would love to see the Crusaders starting story. How do i reset it? thanks! **the automatic skip cutscene option is NOT checked.*** | ||

| Epica, I'm not sure if this will work, but some people reported that it does so it might be worth a shot. Go to the Start Menu and open up the Documents folder > Open the Diablo III folder and then the D3prefs.txt > Locate the PlayedCutscene lines and make sure they look like this: PlayedCutscene0 "15" PlayedCutscene1 "15" PlayedCutscene2 "31" PlayedCutscene3 "143" PlayedCutscene4 "159" Once that is done, save and close the D3Prefs.txt file and test out the cinematics. | Epica, I checked around to see if there is any way to see those cut scenes, but it looks like the cut scenes that you can't view can only be seen one time per account. I wish I had a better answer for you, but I really have no clue why it was set up that way.
