| THAN, Your current video driver is from 2011. Let's try a different video driver to see if that helps. Uninstall the current driver by using a program called Driver Fusion. This program will ensure that all previous driver files are completely removed. Here's a link to the Driver Fusion download. Once there, click on the "Download From Treexy" button to download the free trial. ***Don't download the Premium version.*** 1. Run Driver Fusion. 2. Click on "Display" and select "AMD". 3. Click on "Delete". 4. You will be asked if you are sure if you want to delete the entries, click on "Yes". 5. Driver Fusion will do it's job, but you may see a message saying that some entries could not be deleted, and it will then ask if you would like to take a look at premium benefits, click on "No". 6. Restart when asked do so. Once those files are completely removed, go ahead and install the suggested driver only. Here's a link for the new driver download: http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop?os=Windows%20XP%20-%20Professional/Home&RenderOnServer=true Once there, download the first Catalyst Software Suite. ______________________________________________________ I'm available Sunday through Thursday from 11AM to 8PM Pacific Time Support Contact Information Got some feedback? | ||

| THAN, Let's check the temperatures for the CPU and GPU (video card). You can do so by downloading Speccy. You'll be given two options where to download the free version from, download the tool from Piriform.com. Once downloaded, run the tool without the game running and right down the temperatures for the CPU and the GPU. Then start the game up, leave the Speccy tool running in the background, play for about 10 minutes and then check the temps again. Let me know what the two temps are before and after running the game. ______________________________________________________ I'm available Sunday through Thursday from 11AM to 8PM Pacific Time Support Contact Information Got some feedback? | ||

| THAN, Dalok had the right idea, I just think the Speccy tool is a bit more user friendly. ______________________________________________________ I'm available Sunday through Thursday from 11AM to 8PM Pacific Time Support Contact Information Got some feedback? | ||

| THAN, Yea, it looks like your CPU is getting too hot. You may not need to buy a new fan and heatsink, but you will most likely need to open the computer case and make sure that the fan is working properly. If it is, then you might just need to blow out the CPU fan and heatsink with a can of compressed air to get out any built up dust that may be hindering performance. If that doesn't help, you may need to apply new thermal paste between the CPU and heatsink. ______________________________________________________ I'm available Sunday through Thursday from 11AM to 8PM Pacific Time Support Contact Information Got some feedback? | ||
