| Andrew, The link between hops 3 and 4 is losing 2% data, and then hops 4 through 7 are all losing some data too. For the most part, this appears to be an issue on Comcast's end, so you will want to contact your ISP about to have them look into this. I had actually seen some similar reports earlier, so I let our admins know and they forwarded that information to Comcast.
