| Dear support, Currently I am a full-time worker and don't have too much time to play the game but I'm giving it my best shot. Being able only to play one or two hours a day makes time spent on the game much more valuable than it really is. Today I have done a greater rift on level 25 that I have had completed in like 5-6 minutes before the timer which would probably reward me with a level 27 greater rift key that I need for upgrading gems for my Crusader. The point is that the second I have killed rift guardian (I think it was Perendi) I started looting the items (some legendary ring for sure, there were also some legendary Gloves but I wasn't quick enough to grab 'em) the power went down in the building (not in the apartment itself, it was an outside issue) and I wasn't able to ask Urshi to give me my greater rift key for the desired level 27. I ask you kindly to look into this issue as I really cannot spend so much time on playing and having so stupid situations waste my time only discourage me from playing a game that I like. It has all happened about a 30 minutes ago, the power is back up now (it already was 10 minutes after the issue). Yours sincerely, Michał PS.
