| I haven't been on battle.net in a year or so, but i recently started playing WoW again. My account shows I have purchased Diablo 3, but when I download the Diablo 3 client and log in my battle.net account, it's only letting me play the starter addition and none of my old characters are on the account. I no longer have my hard copy of Diablo 3 being I purchased it the day it was released, so I don't have a "game-key" to enter for the full version upgrade. I definitely put a lot of hours into my old characters, it would be nice to have them back. If not its not a big deal, but I do want to play the full version since I purchased it. Please help | ||

| Darkflaw, You used a different Battle.net account originally for Diablo III than the one you're posting with now. It's a Hotmail account beginning with an "O" and ending with a "y".
