| I played my seasonal witch doctor named Olede in Greater Rift ..i got tired and exit the game not finished. After that i just can't get the keystone of trial again. I log my other characters and it's fine with them but not that particular witch doctor. I have made a dozen of runs in normal rifts and still no keystone dropped. It looks like a bug to me. | ||

| Veyde, All I can say is to keep trying. The keystone isn't a guaranteed drop. Try to play at the highest Torment level you can.
