| Ok, so I bought the digital expansion for Diablo, and got the key for getting the download. However, I keep getting an error that says the code couldn't be redeemed. At first I thought it may have been a bad key, but it didn't give the message that the code had already been redeemed, so is there something up that is causing the keys to not process? I already have the full game of Diablo, not a trail account, so I've ruled that one out. | ||

| Zeratos, A "bad" key won't give a message that's it's been claimed. Only a claimed key would do that. A key that wasn't legitimate or entered incorrectly would give the kind of message you're describing. Did you buy the key separately from someone or was it included in a physical copy of the game? I don't see that it was ordered from us on your Battle.net account.
