| When i logged in to my WoW account this morning, I noticed all my characters to be gone, and my account status (on ALL Blizz games) was set to Starter Edition. This should be quite impossible since i spend 100€ about a month ago on the WoD pre-purchase + 6 month subscription. It did occur to me that it happened right after i added a mobile authenticator to my account. Might have anything to do with that? Anyone knows what I need to do to get my own characters back? | ||

| Droconio, Actually, Shammoz is correct. You're using the wrong Battle.net account. You have another Hotmail account that starts with a "B" and ends with an "E". That's the account that was in use before 10/25/2014.
