| My game crashes whenever I approach http://www.diablowiki.net/Survivors%27_Enclave_map Powell the Miner. I can play acts 1-4 just fine and can play Act 5 just fine as well except for this. I noticed one other person having this problem in another thread. I made a new thread for people with JUST this problem. I've done about 20 different things to try and fix the problem, but tech support just wants to blame my really old video driver/card but it's the latest one released for that card. I'll probably buy a new card soon anyways, as I want the game to play better in act V but in the mean time, who else has this problem? | ||

| Didact, If you have a video card that's listed as being unsupported, you're going to have to use one that is or we'll not be able to offer much help. Your Radeon is on the unsupported list which can be found here: About the only real workaround I can suggest and it's not really considered any sort of fix is to lower the Hardware Class in your D3Prefs.txt file to a value of 1. This will limit the graphical effects in the game that the card will try to perform and may help but there's no guarantee. Performance will still suffer even if it does get past the crashing.
