| Hal is giving you good advice here. 1% packet loss may not seem like much, but for an intensive online game like Diablo 3, even a slight bit of packet loss can be a killer. Note: Stop troubleshooting at hop 8. Ping data is intentionally garbled starting at the switch at hop 9, so it's useless for troubleshooting. | ||
