| [UPDATE] 4/24 - Thanks to everyone who had previously contributed their trace routes. Although further trace routes will not be necessary at this time, we do ask that you update our thread in the technical support forum to let us know if you are still experiencing the issue. ---------------------- Greetings everyone, We are currently addressing an issue which resulted in widespread latency and general login issues across both North America and Europe. Although NA appears to be recovering, we are still working to resolve this service interruption for both gameplay regions and will be sure to provide an update as soon as we can.
