| Not. Waiting all day for ascended shield to spawn on Vendel the Armorsmith in the Watchtower. What a terrible way to have to farm for making a legendary shield. | ||

| I know it can be frustrating when you're looking for a particular item, but you don't need to camp the Watchtower vendor unless you want to. An Ascended Shield can drop off of monsters, breakables, or chests just like every other white item. I hope this information helps you out, and puts your mind at ease to do other things in Sanctuary.
