| Was doing some rifts with a bud, we opened the game to the public to fill the last 2 spots and everything was going ok (aside from the lag spikes and rubber banding both of us and the 2 others where experiencing). When we got to the rift boss i got a lag spike for about 10 seconds and i was removed from the game to the menu. So i rejoined the game and got back in just after they killed the rift boss... but my buddy left before he could realize i rejoined thinking the spot would just be filled by another random. so i left the game too and we where still in party. He was party lead and made a new private game and he got into the game while i was still on menu with code 10017 (too many channels). Im not in any chat channel at all... and since then i havnt been able to do anything, just keep getting 10017. I followed a blue post from a while back about this issue and it stated at the last step to submit a ticket since this may be an account issue and i cant even submit a damn ticket. Keeps pointing me back to the forums... | ||

| Utheriss, I'm sorry but I don't have an answer or a workaround right now for this symptom. I can tell you however that it is under investigation and that they hope to have it resolved as soon as possible. | Utheriss, No, what I said is that they're currently investigating the issue. I'm not trying to hide anything or be vague.
