| I downloaded RoS about three days ago and have not been able to play through a single quest without getting the d3d reset error. I never had this issue playing before. I downloaded all of the latest drivers for my amd a4 graphics card and directx but still getting the error message. If someone knows how to fix this please help because I'm getting extremely frustrated. | ||

| DocGonzo, Can you post some information about your computer? You can find this information in the Direct X Diagnostic Tool: Click on Start Click on Run Type in: dxdiag (In Vista, type dxdiag in the search field) Hit Enter or OK Click on the Save All Information button at the bottom, and create a dxdiag text file, and copy and paste it ALL here. Could you also post your D3Prefs.txt file? It's located in the My Documents\Diablo III folder. Note - if you're crashing while trying to run dxdiag, it's not a game issue at all but something with your Windows installation. You might try running Microsoft's System File Checker to let it check for and possibly repair any corrupted files in the operating system. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833 _________________________________________________________ I'm available in the forums Monday - Friday, 11 am - 8 pm Pacific Time Please provide feedback! - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Omrakos | ||
