| Rather annoying because it mainly happens while rifting although it happens other times randomly. Sometimes I will click something and the whole game literally just shuts down and a box pops up that says the application encountered an unexpected error refer to error code 1D05B3AE-C509-47CA-AC61-D190063AB751 while talking to blizzard. Other times the game just freezes mid load screen. I don't believe this has anything to do with my PC I play other games fine this is the only game I have troubles with.... Any blizz reps wanna help me out on this? Happy hunting.. | ||

| f1OO8, I don't really have any suggestions at this time. I looked up your codes in our internal database and the crashes are part of an on-going investigation by our QA Team. I would like to see your dxdiag info in any case to see if anything strange stands out with your configuration. You can find this information in the Direct X Diagnostic Tool: Click on Start Click on Run Type in: dxdiag (In Vista, type dxdiag in the search field) Hit Enter or OK Click on the Save All Information button at the bottom, and create a dxdiag text file, and copy and paste it ALL here. _________________________________________________________ I'm available in the forums Monday - Friday, 11 am - 8 pm Pacific Time Please provide feedback! - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Omrakos | ||

| f1OO8, Well, something did jump out at me. Your motherboard is a model that we've seen have stability problems in the past, though mostly with World of Warcraft. What ultimately resolved the problems was a BIOS update. You currently have: BIOS: BIOS Date: 07/10/08 18:50:41 Ver: 08.00.14 Asus' support site is showing the P5Q PRO BIOS 2102 as the latest released 05/11/2009 You can find a link to it on this page after selecting your operating system and expanding the Bios section: http://support.asus.com/Download.aspx?SLanguage=en&m=P5Q+PRO&p=1&s=22 _________________________________________________________ I'm available in the forums Monday - Friday, 11 am - 8 pm Pacific Time Please provide feedback! - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Omrakos | ||

| f1OO8, You may need to contact Asus but this article they have may help. http://support.asus.com/Troubleshooting/detail.aspx?SLanguage=en&p=1&m=P5Q%20PRO&s=22&hashedid=qH6ZSEJ8EPY6HoNU&os=&no=937 I'd probably use their EZ Flash method as using Dos these days will probably take a while to setup if you even still can. You'll still need to be able to unzip the file you downloaded though. If you need an extractor, you might try 7-Zip. _________________________________________________________ I'm available in the forums Monday - Friday, 11 am - 8 pm Pacific Time Please provide feedback! - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Omrakos | ||
