| Really blizzard out of all things you could of fixed you didn't fix the freezing issue, or at least gave some kind of explanation why it happens, because i love how me and thousands of other players waste our time on a non-existent Rift because the game freezes as we try to use them. Can we seriously have it where it takes the rift keys AFTER you finish it or something -_-.. | ||

| Vladdy676, Let's try a different video driver to see if that helps. Uninstall the current driver by using a program called Driver Fusion. This program will ensure that all previous driver files are completely removed. Here's a link to the Driver Fusion download. Once there, click on the "Download From Treexy" button to download the free trial. ***Don't download the Premium version.*** 1. Run Driver Fusion. 2. Click on "Display" and select "Nvidia". 3. Click on "Delete". 4. You will be asked if you are sure if you want to delete the entries, click on "Yes". 5. Driver Fusion will do it's job, but you may see a message saying that some entries could not be deleted, and it will then ask if you would like to take a look at premium benefits, click on "No". 6. Restart when asked do so. 7. Repeat the same steps for "PhysX" instead of "Display". Once those two are completely removed, go ahead and install the suggested driver. Here's a link for the new driver download: http://www.nvidia.com/download/driverResults.aspx/73213/en-us When you are going to install the driver I would like for you to select Custom Install > Graphic Driver only. ______________________________________________________ I'm available Monday through Friday from 11AM to 8PM Pacific Time Support Contact Information Got some feedback? | ||

| Zane, 1. Please post your DXDIAG file so we can get more information about your computer. Here's a support article that will show you how to get the DXDIAG: Obtaining System Files Once you have the DXDIAG file, open it and copy/paste the entire file into your next reply. 2. Let's download BlueScreenView. BlueScreenView is a free program that scans all of the minidump files created during 'blue screen of death' crashes, and displays the information about all crashes in one table. Here's a link where that download can be found: http://download.cnet.com/BlueScreenView/3000-2094_4-10965136.html Once you have that downloaded and installed, open it and locate the most recent crash. Then provide me with the data located in the "Bug Check String", "Bug Check Code", and "Caused by Driver" columns for that crash. ______________________________________________________ I'm available Monday through Friday from 11AM to 8PM Pacific Time Support Contact Information Got some feedback? | ||
