| So here's my problem. I have a locked account, but the only way to unlock my account is for Blizzard to send me a password reset to the email I have listed. The problem is, the email I've been using to login to Battle.net is no longer active. I've just been using it because I know the password and have been too lazy to switch it to my current email. Procrastination bites you in the $%#, eh? I'm currently on my brother's account so I can actually post my problem. And I can't call technical support, because the Online Chat and the Request a Call service isn't working. I need help! | ||

| mbl123, You must go through the support ticket system as we cannot help with an account issue like this in a public forum. The services are working as long as you're trying during the hours they're open, what makes you think they aren't?
