| I have never played a nephalem rift since ros release because every single time I try to enter one I disconnect. Every time constantly right after loading screen, I've tried entering roughly 30 rifts in past 3 weeks. I've updated graphics card driver repaired d3 files deleted cache folder. Any ideas on what this is or a way I can fix it? Thank you in advance | ||

| Travydsyg, Could you try leaving any chat channels you're automatically joining when starting the game? | Travydsyg, So had you not left all of the chat channels the first time you tried? This is just a temporary workaround by the way. The developers believe they've isolated the cause and are working now on a fix but I don't know how long it'll be before it can be implemented. | I would suggest trying leaving all chat channels right now. If it stops the disconnects, go ahead and join one and see if it disconnects again. Don't do this while playing Hardcore though. At lunch, I tried a rift here at my desk and was disconnected as well right at the start, so we're not immune to the problem. Strangely, I'm able to do bounties with no problems though. Like I said above, it's just a temporary workaround.
