| I havent played in a few months due to cancer treatments..I wanted to play today and loged in...It did its updates stuff.(took over an hour)When the game started..NONE of my old characters were there.Then it just crashed!I have been lookin for tech help for 2 hours now,but nothing...Do people reall work there?I am not a computer guy and dont understand the jargin...I just want to talk to somebody so I can play my game.. | ||

| Zibot , Did you make any other posts? When it crashes, is there a message? The Battle.net account you're posting from has a Starter Edition of Diablo III attached right now, not a retail version. It was just added today so there won't be any characters from the past on it. I was able to locate another Battle.net account I believe is yours that has the retail game on it. If you login with that account, you should have access to your original characters. I can't provide you with the account name here in a public forum for privacy reasons. I can tell you though that it's on a Yahoo.com address.
