| Since the new patch, I have been having problems with really bad lag on my cursor and the cursor icon are showing up improperly. I created a ticket and this is the response I got: "I am sorry to hear that you are having these video issues with the cursor. I have taken a look at the files that you sent and I can see that you are using a Intel HD 4000 video card. While this card is technically supported at this time it is a low performance card and with this new update it is getting closer to being removed from support. I would first recommend that you update the video driver to something newer, or if there is not something newer then to lower the video settings. Now since you are using a notebook you are not able to update the video card but updating the driver should help until it is removed from support." So even though I bought RoS knowing that my video card was fully supported, they are now essentially telling me "too bad, buy a new computer, we can't be bothered to program efficiently." They didn't even add any graphical updates, how the F#$K is my graphics card suddenly the issue here? | ||

| Knifelheim, Taken from the dxdiag info you submitted in your ticket: User DPI Setting: 120 DPI (125 percent) System DPI Setting: 120 DPI (125 percent) Try setting the desktop font size in Windows back down to the default of 100%. this is a workaround that's helping most people while our QA Department is investigating the issue. _________________________________________________________ I'm available in the forums Monday - Friday, 11 am - 8 pm Pacific Time Please provide feedback! - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Omrakos | ||
