I ran through the entire Dahlgur Oasis map twice in Adventure mode, on hard and expert difficulties, and then once on expert in campaign on the last quest of Act 2. Couldn't find the Keywarden on either of the three attempts. Anyone having this same issue or know of a way to fix it?

Keywarden's only spawn on torment 1+. Incorrect. Most of my games on Expert and Master I encounter the Keywardens, but lately I have been running into the same problem as the OP. Just yesterday I killed the Act I keywarden in the Fields of Misery, but the last two times I went through Act III the keywarden hasn't been there, and the last time I went through Act II he wasn't in the Oasis. Something odd afoot, imo.
I have trouble not finding him, the spinning warden is in the oasis I have 4 key's from it. I hope you have better luck next time map roll's. | Key Wardens are only supposed to appear in games set to Torment difficulty, since that's when they start having a chance to drop a key. However, there is a bug that allows them to sometimes show up in games set on a lower difficulty than Torment 1, but it's not meant to work that way. | ||
