| My account keeps locking when I log on with my iPad. Not sure why. And even though I tell it to keep me logged on I get logged off and have to resign in. Which isn't a big deal but gets annoying especially since I have to check my email for a verification code. Anyone know a way to fix this? | ||

| Hey there Bwilde86. Can I ask when this started happening? Does it happen when playing on a computer? Are you using Wi-Fi or cellular to play the game on the iPad? We do have an issue right now with various random IPs that are being misread by our security systems (causing the security soft-lock to trigger unnecessarily).
