After the server is up, I did it three time and confirmed no drop.

Bye Bye Manglemaw legendary farm

P.S. Health globe still drop some how.

Here's the exact patch note:

  • In Campaign Mode, Manglemaw now only drops loot and gives XP before the player progresses to the Chancellor's Tomb quest


This targeted very specific behavior, and should not have otherwise affected Manglemaw's ability to drop loot, such as when he's defeated in Adventure Mode.
